We are joined by the Director of the new film “Greenland 2: Migration,” Ric Roman Waugh.  Ric and Randy discuss the sequel to the disaster film starring Gerard Butler, focusing on how the military was both involved in the film's production and portrayed in it.  No mention of biscuits and gravy slips by Randy in this segment, and we can’t wait to see the film on the big screen!

We welcome Aussie actor Luke Mitchell to the program to talk about his role as Dr. Mitch Ripley on the NBC series “Chicago Med.” Randy and Luke discuss Chicago (a little bit of Pittsburgh talk as well), what it’s like playing a medical professional, and more from the new season coming to you Wednesdays from NBC.

“Learning You” is the new film starring former WWE Superstar Al Snow, and we welcome him as our first guest of 2026 on The National Defense. Randy discusses the glory days of the WWF with Al, how those experiences prepared him for his life as an actor, wigs, sock puppets, and more! “Learning You” is coming out next week and tells the story of a single father raising his autistic son, as well as the challenges he faces in providing a life for his son.

We welcome back to the airwaves, Michael Damian!  Michael speaks with Randy about his long musical career, how he came to have a lifelong working partnership with his brothers, and the new Christmas music out now, including a spin of his single “Reach Out to Me This Christmas.”
