We welcome Australian Army veteran Paul de Gelder to the show to talk about his time in the service down under and how a chance encounter with a shark permanently changed his body and his life. Paul has written a new book “Shark: Why We Need To Save the World’s Most Misunderstood Predator” and he and Randy discuss the book and why sharks are so vital to our world’s ecosystem.

We welcome the legendary Captain Kirk, actor William Shatner, back to the program to talk about his annual horse therapy fundraiser that helps both children and veterans suffering from physical or emotional wounds. William is currently on a national tour with the Star Trek classis “The Wrath of Kahn” where people will be able to watch a remastered copy of the film, followed up by a question and answer session with the Captain himself.
