Toby Keith is headlining this massive event, and Armin talks about how this festival came together, and what veterans and people attending can expect from the wide-ranging list of military speakers and performers.

Bob Evans Farms “Heroes to CEO” Grant Contest Winner Hal Zaima

Partner and President of an innovative medical device company to help prevent hospital associated infections, called Sterilogy. Randy talks with Hal about his service in the U.S. Army where he served in the 1st Calvary division, and how his military service has fueled his present-day entrepreneurial spirit. Bob Evans Farms has awarded $75,000 this year to three veterans through their “Heroes to CEOs” competition, and we look forward to talking with our other two grant winners in the very near future.

Mimi Rogers in Bosch: Legacy on Amazon Freevee

We welcome Hollywood actress Mimi Rogers to the program to talk about her long-running career on stage and screen, her unique name, and her newest project as Honey Chandler in Bosch: Legacy. Bosch: Legacy is going to be available to stream on Amazon Freevee (formerly IMDb TV), and Mimi talks with us about how following the 7th season of the program, there was thought the series was going away, and how the news that show would continue on the Amazon Freevee platform brought tears to her eyes.

Ken Fisher, Chairman and CEO of Fisher House on The National Defense

As the Invictus Games wrap up, we welcome Ken Fisher, Chairman and CEO of Fisher House, to talk about his own personal experience in attending the event at The Hague, Netherlands. Ken has attended every Invictus Games since it’s inception, and tells us about his experience there as well as some stories about the competition that took place in 2022, following a two-year hiatus for the pandemic. Randy and Ken then discuss the incredible Fisher House program and gives us some reports on where the VSO currently stands and where it’s going in the future.

We welcome Cappy Surette, Senior Manager, External and Executive Communications at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, about his military service in the Navy on the USS Harry S Truman, as well as how the Walt Disney's family service in the U.S. Navy, and Walt's work as a ambulance driver for the Red Cross has galvanized an enduring respect for our military.
